Having fun in exercising?
Background:
Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health or wellness. It is performed for various reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health, helps prevent depression, helps to promote or maintain positive self-esteem, and can even augment an individual's sex appeal or body image, which again is also linked with higher levels of self-esteem. Childhood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise may help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.

Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system. As the world spins faster, people get busier with their lives and no one has time and really gets the “fun” of exercising. They have to realize the important of exercising and the benefits from it and in the same time enjoys doing it as a routine of daily live.
Aim and objectives:
- To encourage physical exercise to youths and elder citizens in a more fun away.
- To promote the benefits of each type of exercise while they exercising itself.
- To practice a healthy lifestyle.
- To motivate the habit of exercising in a different way.
Motivation:
Being obese is a serious problem. It can cause heart attack and prune to other diseases as well. As I observe, I myself have not practice the proper healthy lifestyle for a long time due to time and interest. On the other hand, my family back at home also has the same problem where they don’t find interest in exercising as there is no fun in it. So, this is where I am came up with a solution where everyone without age limit can do it!
